In my opinion, work in a team is a good idea because with this way we prepare ourselves better for the working world. We learn to debate and choose between the ideas of all our partners. In the same way we learn to respect the ideas of the partners even if they are not the best ideas.

We also learn to help each other and work faster than doing things alone.

In my opinion, the bad thing about working in a team is that if everyone does not work equally, there will always be favored and disadvantaged people.

The communication between the partners must be good and fluid.

In my opinion, working in a team is a good thing and a bad thing.
the good thing is that you work with more colleagues, and you can help each other, but the bad thing is that if there are problems in the team, you would be bad.Something good is that if there were a good relationship in the team, everyone would contribute, and you would learn more than being alone, since you would help each other.
Communication has to be good in the team, since everyone works on the project, and it would be wrong for everyone to do what only he has in mind, since if they say nothing, the others would do what they wanted.
